Whether you’re new to ADI Trainers or just looking for a quick answer, this page covers the things we get asked the most. From logging in to editing your listing or upgrading your membership, we’ve kept it short and simple — so you can get back to what you do best.

Getting Started
Just head over to our Join Now page and choose the membership level that suits you best. Once you’ve completed the signup form and payment, you’ll get access straight away.
Each tier offers slightly different benefits, you can see what is included in each membership level by clicking here. Premium tiers include things like enhanced listings, social media promotion and additional training support.
Absolutely. We welcome both ADIs and PDIs. In fact, we have specific support and resources just for PDIs starting their journey.
Account & Listings
Click ‘Login’ at the top of the site, then enter your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it there too.
Once logged in, go to your Members Area and you will see a link to Submit/Update Listing.
Just log in, head to your profile, and update your details. Changes usually go live immediately.
Support & Troubleshooting
Check your spam or junk folder just in case. If it’s not there, drop us a message and we’ll re-send it manually.
Listings sometimes need to be reviewed or may need extra info before going live. If it’s been more than 24 hours, feel free to give us a nudge.
